Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to Sawada Ichido Cafe standards.
- Assist in the preparation and plating of Japanese strawberry desserts and light meals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and kitchen areas.
- Ensure proper inventory management and stock rotation of ingredients.
- Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating guest needs and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Barista or Kitchen Helper is highly preferred but not required - we are willing to train the right candidate!
- Strong passion for Japanese cuisine and cafe culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
