Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages and food items according to Starbucks recipes and standards.
- Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and provide friendly, efficient service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area, including the front-of-house, back-of-house, and restrooms.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions and handle cash and credit payments responsibly.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations strictly at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation when required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPMV or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in customer service or the hospitality industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
- A passion for coffee and a willingness to learn brewing techniques.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with people from all walks of life.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and early mornings.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
