Tanggung Jawab
- Craft and serve high-quality handcrafted beverages following Starbucks standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating needs and engaging with guests in a friendly manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment at all times.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and manage POS systems efficiently.
- Educate customers on various coffee blends, brewing methods, and product offerings.
- Support drive-thru operations by ensuring speed of service and order accuracy.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for food and beverage handling.
- Collaborate with store partners to achieve daily sales and operational goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Energetic, customer-focused, and willing to learn new skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Previous experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality is highly regarded but not mandatory.
- High level of integrity and professional personal grooming standards.
- Passion for coffee culture and the Starbucks brand.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
