Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, coffee, and tea, strictly following Starbucks standard recipes.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly and efficient customer service to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment at the counter, in the dining area, and in the restrooms.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions quickly and accurately.
- Follow all food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines strictly to ensure a safe environment.
- Learn and demonstrate knowledge of our products, ingredients, and brewing techniques to answer customer inquiries.
- Assist in restocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and ensuring the store is well-presented at all times.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for coffee and customer service.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
