Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages according to Starbucks' recipes and standards
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries
- Operate coffee-making equipment and maintain cleanliness of workstations
- Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems accurately
- Stock and replenish supplies to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and efficient work environment
- Upsell products and promote new offerings to enhance customer experience
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee varieties and brewing techniques is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Flexible availability to work on weekends, holidays, and early mornings
