Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages according to Starbucks quality standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized interactions and product recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Operate POS systems efficiently while handling cash transactions accurately
- Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to food safety protocols and company operational guidelines
- Participate in product knowledge training and skill development programs
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in food service or customer-facing role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10kg
- Positive attitude with genuine passion for coffee and customer satisfaction
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts
