- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages according to Starbucks standards and recipes
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Operate coffee-making equipment and maintain cleanliness of workstation
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Uphold Starbucks brand standards and store presentation guidelines
Kualifikasi
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn brewing techniques
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems
- Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
