Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, teas, and pastries with precision and care.
- Interact warmly with customers, taking orders accurately and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain a pristine and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, dining area, and restrooms.
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions and handle cash accurately.
- Assist in food preparation and bakery operations as needed to support the team.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a strong willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively during peak hours.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash handling.
