Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and fresh juices, according to Starbucks standards.
- Greet every customer with a smile and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive store experience.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area at all times.
- Assist in store operations, including stocking inventory, cash handling, and closing procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a welcoming atmosphere.
- Uphold the Starbucks brand image and values, including integrity and respect for every individual.
- Learn and adapt to new menu items and brewing techniques to provide the best possible product to customers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / O-Level education or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience as a Barista or in the retail/hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- A strong passion for coffee, food, and providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (and local languages).
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting boxes or cleaning.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset.
