PT Bali General Supply (BGS Bali) is thrilled to announce the opening of our newest location in the heart of Kuta Mandalika, Central Lombok. We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Barista to help us bring the BGS coffee experience to this vibrant surfing and tourism hub.

We pride ourselves on our high-quality beans, exceptional craftsmanship, and the welcoming atmosphere we create for locals and travelers alike. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages according to BGS standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace and coffee bar area.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, acting as a brand ambassador for BGS Bali.
- Manage POS operations, including taking orders and processing payments accurately.
- Monitor coffee bean quality and ensure equipment (espresso machines, grinders) is properly cleaned and calibrated.
- Educate customers about our coffee profiles, origins, and brewing methods.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to ensure operational excellence during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a high-volume coffee shop environment.
- Strong knowledge of coffee extraction techniques, milk texturing, and latte art.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English and Indonesian preferred.
- A passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to provide a positive guest experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Energetic, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety standards.
- Willingness to be based in or relocate to Kuta Mandalika, Central Lombok.
