- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to customer specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the barista station, equipment, and seating areas
- Manage inventory, including restocking supplies and reporting low stock levels
- Assist customers with orders, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive customer experience
- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours

Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing methods
