Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and menu items according to Starbucks standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations
- Adhere to food safety regulations and Starbucks' quality standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage ingredients
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10kg
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts
