Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages according to Starbucks recipes and quality standards
- Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Uphold food safety and hygiene protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in food service or customer-facing role preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
