Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of premium matcha beverages, including lattes, frappes, and traditional whisked matcha, following strict recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a pristine and organized workspace, ensuring cleanliness of counters, equipment, and seating areas at all times.
- Interact with customers warmly and professionally, taking orders accurately and providing product recommendations.
- Operate coffee and tea brewing equipment efficiently and safely.
- Assist with inventory management, including checking stock levels and restocking ingredients to minimize waste.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a barista is preferred but not required (comprehensive training will be provided).
- A genuine passion for matcha, tea, and culinary arts.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
