Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of Starbucks beverages including espresso, coffee, tea, and blended drinks according to company standards
- Provide exceptional customer service through friendly interactions and personalized recommendations
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of coffee stations, equipment, and customer areas
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and product rotation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Adhere to food safety regulations and Starbucks' operational procedures
- Contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication and support
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in food service or customer-facing role preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation methods and willingness to learn Starbucks techniques
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia for customer interactions
