Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve premium Starbucks beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized interactions and order accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions securely
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation protocols
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation methods preferred
