Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks
- Operate espresso machines and maintain equipment in optimal working condition
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and work area
- Manage cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training is a plus
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer-facing role is preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and lift light loads
- Positive attitude and genuine passion for customer service
