Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and refreshers, according to Starbucks standards.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized customer service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace, including coffee stations, dining areas, and restrooms.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions and handle payments.
- Stock inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and food items, ensuring freshness and availability.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and busy shifts.
- Follow all food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines strictly.
Kualifikasi
- No formal qualification is required; however, a passion for coffee and customer service is essential.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or food & beverage industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and basic Malay is preferred.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20kg).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions well.
