Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide range of espresso-based beverages, teas, and specialty drinks according to established quality standards.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the coffee bar and service areas.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service to all guests to ensure a memorable experience.
- Manage POS transactions, handle payments, and maintain accurate cash records.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with the restocking of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other consumables.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure seamless operations during peak hours.
- Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a high-volume F&B/Café environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, latte art, and espresso machine maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills with a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays, to meet operational requirements.
- Professional grooming and a proactive approach to team collaboration.
- Relevant certification in Food & Beverage safety or barista training is a significant advantage.
