Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver legendary customer service by acting with a 'customer comes first' attitude.
- Prepare and serve handcrafted Starbucks beverages and food items according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment at all times.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide personalized beverage recommendations.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all store operations.
- Support store goals by participating in marketing campaigns and upselling promotional items.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a minimum of SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in the F&B, hospitality, or retail industry is highly preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Must be willing to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a genuine passion for coffee and customer service excellence.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new store procedures and standards.
