Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and fresh juices.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and inviting workstation and dining area at all times.
- Interact with customers in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner, taking orders and making personalized recommendations.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and ingredients; restock as needed to prevent shortages.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation standards (HACCP) to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Assist with basic food preparation and service during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong passion for coffee and a genuine willingness to learn and master new brewing techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude with a smile.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash handling.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
