- Craft and serve high-quality handcrafted beverages and food items according to Starbucks standards.
- Provide legendary customer service by anticipating customer needs and building genuine connections.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment at all times.
- Handle POS transactions accurately and maintain store inventory.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and operational guidelines to ensure a premium store experience.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily store goals and maintain efficiency.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on new product launches and marketing campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and coffee culture.
- Possess a minimum of SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating hours.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, energetic personality.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the food and beverage industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
