Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages, teas, and refreshments according to brand standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting cafe workspace and seating area at all times.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to Padel CGD Airdome members and guests.
- Handle cash and digital payment transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Manage inventory levels, monitor stock freshness, and report supply requirements to the manager.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Support promotional activities and cross-sell menu items to enhance the visitor experience.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer-facing hospitality role is highly preferred.
- Deep passion for coffee culture and willingness to learn about different brewing methods.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and early/late shifts as required by the sports facility schedule.
- Strong sense of reliability, punctuality, and ability to work independently or within a team.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent certification.
