Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees and teas, according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and maintain cleanliness in the preparation area and dining spaces.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Assist in food preparation and plating, ensuring presentation meets our quality standards.
- Handle cash transactions and manage point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations strictly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar F&B role (preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates).
- Strong passion for coffee and food service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn new techniques.
