- Craft and serve high-quality Starbucks coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, frappuccinos, and seasonal specials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment that adheres to health and safety standards.
- Provide exceptional, personalized customer service to ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued.
- Accurately handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage POS systems efficiently.
- Uphold brand standards for product quality, store cleanliness, and merchandising displays.
- Engage with customers to explain our coffee blends, brewing methods, and food pairings.
- Collaborate with fellow partners to manage peak hours and maintain store productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; previous experience in F&B or retail is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing, and service-oriented personality.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating schedules.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.
- Passionate about coffee culture and committed to learning new brewing techniques.
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle the physical demands of a fast-paced environment.
