As a Barista, you are the heartbeat of our store. You will craft exceptional beverages according to our strict quality standards, maintain a spotless and inviting cafe environment, and engage with every guest to ensure a memorable Zuspresso experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing stock levels, operating and maintaining high-end espresso machinery, processing transactions accurately, and collaborating closely with your team during high-volume periods to deliver fast, friendly, and consistent service.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and non-coffee beverages consistently according to Zuspresso recipes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked work and dining area to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Manage inventory by receiving deliveries, rotating stock, and minimizing wastage.
- Greet customers, take orders, recommend menu items, and handle feedback professionally.
- Operate the POS system, process payments, and handle cash reconciliation accurately.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
- Execute opening and closing procedures, ensuring the cafe is fully prepared for operation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and a consistently excellent customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- Previous barista experience in a high-volume cafe is highly desirable.
- SPM holder or equivalent; fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Strong customer service orientation and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Genuine passion for the F&B industry and a keen interest in coffee culture.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 15kg (e.g., milk crates, stock boxes).
