Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee beverages, teas, and food items according to Starbucks recipes and standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer preferences, making recommendations, and creating a welcoming and friendly environment.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, and maintain a balanced cash register.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including the espresso machine, brewing equipment, counters, and customer areas, adhering to strict health and safety guidelines.
- Educate customers on Starbucks products, promotions, and loyalty programs to enhance their overall experience.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations, efficient service, and a positive working atmosphere.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and ensuring product freshness.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve minor issues professionally, escalating complex matters to management when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a customer service, food and beverage, or retail environment is highly advantageous, but not strictly required for passionate individuals.
- A genuine passion for coffee, tea, and creating delightful beverage experiences.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining composure and a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays, suitable for an airport operation.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as required.
- Strong team player with a willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures.
