Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages and food items according to Eighty One Coffee standards.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment, espresso machines, and grinders efficiently and safely.
- Interact with customers warmly, taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the service counter, dining area, and storage.
- Monitor inventory levels for coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies; restock as needed.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, health, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Assist in training junior staff and enforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs) where applicable.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso extraction, and basic latte art.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during peak hours.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Flexibility to work full-time, including weekends and public holidays.
