Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of Starbucks beverages and food products following standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Greet customers warmly upon entering the store and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process customer orders and handle payments.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations during peak hours.
- Restock supplies, including coffee beans, milk, and pastries, to ensure shelves are fully stocked at all times.
Kualifikasi
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Willingness to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and register operations.
