Tanggung Jawab
- Craft and serve high-quality Starbucks beverages consistently according to brand standards.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service to all drive-thru and in-store customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols.
- Operate POS systems accurately and handle cash transactions with integrity.
- Educate customers on various coffee blends, food items, and promotional offers.
- Maintain stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Support team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in food and beverage, hospitality, or retail is highly preferred but not required (on-the-job training provided).
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-player attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and early mornings.
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
- Reliable, punctual, and well-groomed in appearance.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume environment effectively.
