Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve Starbucks signature beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and personalized interactions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace including coffee machines, service areas, and seating zones
- Operate POS systems accurately for cash and digital payments while ensuring proper cash handling procedures
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and quality checks of ingredients and supplies
- Adhere to all food safety protocols, health regulations, and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in food service, retail, or customer-facing roles preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage positively with diverse customers
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and flavor profiles
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Physical stamina required for standing, moving, and lifting during shifts
- Team player with collaborative mindset and willingness to learn new skills
