- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor

- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
- Upsell coffee products, pastries, and merchandise to enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Continuously learn about coffee varieties, brewing techniques, and new menu items
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a barista or in food service industry preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
