Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food items according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Operate espresso machines, coffee brewers, and other brewing equipment efficiently and safely.
- Interact with customers to take orders, answer questions, and ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including the front counter and dining area.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines strictly to ensure compliance.
- Restock supplies and ingredients to ensure smooth operations throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and service goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or food and beverage role is preferred.
- Passion for coffee and knowledge of brewing techniques is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
