Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and juices, according to Starbucks standards and recipes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders accurately, and answering questions about menu items.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the counter, seating area, and restrooms, ensuring high standards of hygiene.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately to process transactions.
- Follow all safety and operational policies to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.
- Upsell products and promote Starbucks Rewards membership to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Previous experience in a retail or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A passion for coffee and a genuine desire to serve others.
