Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and answering questions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, including equipment and service areas
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness
- Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues during busy periods
- Stay updated on new coffee products, brewing techniques, and industry trends
Kualifikasi
- Strong commitment to honesty and integrity in all aspects of the role
- Self-disciplined with the ability to follow procedures and maintain standards
- High willingness to learn and develop coffee-making skills
- Proactive with excellent initiative to identify and address customer needs
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and/or English
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual and reliable with consistent attendance
- Previous barista experience is a plus but not required for motivated candidates
