Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and refreshers, according to Starbucks standards.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving any concerns efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area, including the coffee station, serving counter, and seating areas.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process orders, handle payments, and manage transactions.
- Restock ingredients, syrups, and supplies to ensure the store is fully equipped at all times.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations, health codes, and company policies to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- A strong passion for coffee and a genuine interest in learning brewing techniques and recipes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact positively with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and reaching.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new POS systems.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- A friendly, energetic, and team-oriented attitude.
