Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages and food items according to Starbucks recipes and quality standards.
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient, and accurate service at the counter and drive-thru.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including workstations, dining area, and restrooms.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process orders and payments.
- Stock inventory and ensure product displays are visually appealing and well-organized.
- Follow all food safety, health, and sanitation regulations strictly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Previous barista or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for interacting with people.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Basic English communication skills are required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10kg.
- Must be willing to undergo training on Starbucks recipes and procedures.
