Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food items according to Starbucks standards and recipes.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment, espresso machines, and Point of Sale (POS) systems with precision and speed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking accurate orders, and engaging in friendly conversation.
- Perform cash handling duties, including processing payments and managing cash drawers accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies and performing daily opening/closing procedures.
- Upsell products and share knowledge about our coffee beans and seasonal offerings with customers.
Kualifikasi
- Previous barista or customer service experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Passion for coffee and a strong interest in the hospitality and tourism industry.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Willingness to undergo training and learn new skills.
