Tanggung Jawab
- Brew and serve beverages (coffee, tea, and specialty drinks) according to Starbucks recipes and standards.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized customer service to all patrons in the TRX Exchange Mall.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the service counter, seating area, and restrooms.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process orders and handle payments.
- Adhere to all food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
- Uphold the Starbucks brand image and values at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in a customer service or food & beverage role.
- Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn brewing techniques.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with guests.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks (lifting, reaching, etc.).
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Fluency in English is preferred; Malay language skills are a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
