We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Barista / Restaurant Server to join our dynamic team. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional, friendly service to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems to process orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, dining area, and restrooms at all times.
- Assist in food preparation, plating, and service to ensure high presentation standards.
- Handle cash transactions and manage petty cash with strict accuracy.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a coffee shop or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Passion for coffee and a strong understanding of brewing techniques and latte art.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations (SFA standards).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
