Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve handcrafted hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and espresso-based drinks, according to Starbucks recipes and quality standards.
- Provide exceptional, friendly customer service, taking orders accurately and responding to customer inquiries with a warm and positive attitude.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area, including coffee machines, service counters, and customer seating areas, in compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) register, handle cash and digital transactions accurately, and manage daily cash drawer reconciliation.
- Promote and upsell seasonal food, retail items, merchandise, and beverage promotions to maximize store sales.
- Follow all food handling, safety, and security guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both partners and customers.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and communicating effectively during busy peak-hour shifts.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a minimum of SPM, Professional Certificate, or Diploma in any field; prior food and beverage (F&B) or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for hospitality and delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- A positive, energetic attitude and a strong willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.
- Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is highly preferred.
