Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverage products following Starbucks recipes and quality standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and handling transactions efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the espresso machines, grinders, workstations, and seating areas.
- Educate customers on menu items, coffee blends, and merchandise, offering personalized recommendations.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle cash and credit transactions accurately, and manage cash float.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work atmosphere.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and ensuring product availability.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a customer service or food and beverage role is an advantage, but not required; full training will be provided.
- Strong passion for coffee and a desire to learn about coffee preparation techniques and products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required by an airport operation.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions.
- Legally eligible to work in Malaysia.
