Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, tea, and smoothies, strictly following standard recipes.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process customer orders, handle payments accurately, and manage returns.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the counter, dining area, and restrooms, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and utensils regularly to ensure food safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations, especially during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- No prior experience is required as training will be provided.
- Passion for coffee and a genuine interest in the hospitality and tourism industry.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and early mornings.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 10kg).
- Basic computer literacy for operating POS systems.
