Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming, positive atmosphere for all guests.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and maintain cleanliness and organization in the service area.
- Assist in food preparation and plating for our diverse menu items.
- Handle cash transactions and manage point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently.
- Clean and sanitize workstations, cups, and utensils following health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and timely delivery of orders.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the hospitality industry is preferred but not always required.
- Strong passion for coffee and a willingness to learn roasting and brewing techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 10kg).
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
