In this role, you will be the heart of our establishment, responsible for crafting delicious beverages and ensuring our customers have a welcoming experience every time they visit.
We are looking for an all-around staff member who can wear multiple hats. As a Barista Service Crew, you will not only brew the perfect cup of coffee but also manage the front-of-house operations, including handling the cash register. Tanggung Jawab
- Brew and prepare a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, teas, and snacks according to standard recipes and quality standards.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process customer orders and handle cash transactions.
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival, take orders, and provide recommendations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment, including the counter, dining area, and restroom facilities.
- Handle all cash handling duties, including making change, issuing receipts, and balancing the cash drawer at the end of the shift.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and supplies.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Pleasing personality with a friendly, approachable, and outgoing demeanor.
- Proven ability to handle cash transactions accurately with honesty and integrity.
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing or previous experience in the hospitality/food service industry is preferred.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a small team.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact positively with customers of all ages.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
