Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages according to recipes and standards
- Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment and maintain cleanliness
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Manage inventory of coffee supplies and reorder as needed
- Ensure the coffee shop remains clean, organized, and welcoming during night shift
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations during peak hours
Kualifikasi
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn brewing techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Reliable and punctual with consistent night shift availability
