Tanggung Jawab
- Brew and serve high-quality coffee and tea beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and handle cash transactions with precision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace, including espresso machines, counters, and seating areas.
- Follow strict quality control measures to ensure consistency in every cup served.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to manage peak hours and ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in inventory management, restocking supplies, and performing daily opening and closing duties.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of experience working as a barista or in the food service/hospitality industry.
- A strong passion for coffee and a good understanding of brewing methods and flavor profiles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and late afternoons.
- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills.
