Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, following Starbucks recipes and standards.
- Provide legendary customer service by greeting customers, taking orders accurately, and responding to inquiries with a friendly demeanor.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash and digital transactions efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, seating area, and restrooms, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Manage Drive-Thru orders with speed and accuracy to ensure minimal wait times for customers.
- Upsell and recommend food items and merchandise to enhance the customer experience and meet sales targets.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring product shelf life.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues and supporting store operations during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work on shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- A passion for coffee and a desire to learn about the beverage industry.
- Previous experience in F&B or retail is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Must be a team player with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
