Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee and non-coffee beverages with precision and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness of coffee equipment, service areas, and customer seating zones
- Manage inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate replenishment needs
- Provide friendly assistance to customers, product recommendations, and order processing
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless service
- Adhere to food safety protocols and hygiene standards
Kualifikasi
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation
