Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks and specialty coffees with precision and speed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring the coffee machine, counters, and dining areas meet hygiene standards.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide knowledgeable product recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the POS system and maintain a tidy cash drawer.
- Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, and syrups; restock ingredients promptly to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including equipment maintenance, cleaning schedules, and inventory counts.
- Collaborate with the team to create a positive, team-oriented work environment and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a barista or in customer service is preferred but not strictly mandatory for the right candidate.
- Strong passion for coffee and a genuine willingness to learn brewing techniques and latte art.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings to meet business demands.
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary or hospitality training is a plus but not required.
